Rebranding, web relaunch and content strategy for ICA Inversiones 

Helping a market leader re-assert its position against newcoming incumbents


ICA Inversiones is a civil engineering studio specialized in geotechnics.

They hired us to develop a brand and institutional web re-design to showcase the quality, usability, and efficiency of their soil-stabilization systems. They aimed to reassure their competitive position as a high-end provider versus low-quality newcomers wanting to compete on price.

We developed an updated brand kit, a website, migrated their infrastructure and re-launched their content strategy focused on learning.

We developed a two-color brand update inspired on materials, referencing the jet-black appearance of the high-density polyethylene geo-grids, asphalt, and concrete they use in their construction solutions.

Educating the audience

The premium digital experience of the new brand was enhanced by a content marketing strategy that focused on showcasing flagship projects as evergreen content.

We developed multiple videos and re-formatted them to be sent natively on messaging apps like WhatsApp to show the ease of applications and cost reduction capabilities to client prospects.


Since the implementation of the project, the client has experienced an increase of interest, better qualified leads and an overall improvement in sales velocity.
